Bugs on Feng HC?

So, me and my guild were doing Feng HC last night, we've already killed it twice, but we had a couple pugs this time so at the start we didn't pay this problem much attention. It ended up being quite time consuming and we didn't manage to do a kill since we wiped several times to me dying instantly to Lightning Charges. Some of them were my fault, but particularly the last wipe bothered me alot - I got hit by 4 Charges from 1 fist.

Yes my guild has also been having multiple bugs on our feng kills the last couple weeks. On the last phase he put no fire dots on anyone or w/e theyre called and he did no draw flames. And also on shield phase we had adds that didnt disappear when tank used bubble on shield they stayed around and we had to kill them on next add kill so yes theyre are many bugs with this boss atm we reported them all last week but still no hotfixes.
