Second Wind nerfed

So why did actually second wind get nerfed with the healing nerf "battle fatigue"? I don't quite get that.

Do you remember when PvP Power wasn't affecting Second Wind because it was a % based healing? So why would it know? I don't get that part. Not that it's soo much of a nerf but still.

im sure its cheaper for blizz to just put out a blanket nerf for all healing,thats why.2nd wind is all warriors got atm,it should not be nerfed or effected by battle fatigue.

Per GC on his Twitter it's absolutely deliberate, they want all healing — direct or %-based — to be weakened in PvP by the debuff.
