Blacksmithing Question

I have Ghost-Forged Breastplate Plans, that makes me a random green level 85 chest piece, but how do I get the Masterwork Ghost-Forged Breastplate Plan, which allows me to me a Blue level 85 chest piece?


there are more hidden type of plans of this nature for BS profession named in the same form, but I can't find the blue version of the plans.

PS My BS is maxed level, and I have every single Klaxxi BS Plan, as well as the plans from Jorunga of Shrine of 2 moons.

Plan is marked as deprecated, with no other visible sources for the item. So you might be out of luck.

There's no blue plans in-game. When you craft green item it sometimes proc to blue result. Same as JC and LW.
