Play Twitch + Support. Start roaming and killing all the lanes You can even take turns with roaming.
Only issue with not going bot as a premade is you risk pugs feeding their enemy carry. I suppose you can counter this by picking champs that can shut down a carry effectively. Hell, AP Teemo mid gunning for late game might work in such an instance.
