Apart from that it depends on the woman and how well/healthy she looks, Do you find them in general pretty?
By that i mean it in the way of the thick round belly,Bigger breasts, The curves that it usually brings with and the so much talked about glow of a pregnant woman!

So with the physical changes,Do you find them to look nice or do you find nothing attractive about them?

I find smaller pregnant bellies to be more attractive that larger ones, which is odd because I don't care about stomach size - within reason - at other times.

Attractive isn't the right word for me. There's beauty, certainly, but looking at pictures of a pregnant woman is nothing like being around one. They're intoxicating, but not in a sexual way... it's primal.

No, not really. I have great admiration for anyone who carries a child and puts up with everything that comes with it for nine months, but I don't find the pregnancy itself visually attractive.

Their facial features and such generally remain just as beautiful, but there's an instinctual response that says not to have sex with them, for obvious reasons.

I can't say I do, but I think it's more because a lot of pregnant women are so extremely annoying to be around :P

The visual presence of pregnancy does not change which I find attractive and which I don't. I guess that means that its not a contributing factor, for me at least.
