Upgrading my GPU

Hey guys,

Atm i have a AMD HD 5450 and it's shit, I can only play with everything on low is it really that bad?

I have a:

Intel Quad core i5 2400 sandybridge @ 3.1 ghz.
ATM a HD 5450
Asus P8H61-M pro motherboard
XFX 550w pro

Now i want to but a HD7870, Can i pay WoW on ultra with good FPS.

For the most part yes. You may have to tweak shadows a bit though.
