It had a short range, so tanking him below made him not charge above. Around 5.1 it got fixed, so just tank him upstairs and let him charge, it's not that much time lost.

stack up puddles on the bottom ramp in the same spot tanking the waves of adds in the puddle, they should die fast, once the 2nd wave of demolishers begins, start stacking the puddles on the top part, then tank the boss in the puddle at the top, and remember everyone should prioritize stacking puddles over their personal dps rotation to ensure the boss dies as quick as possible.
