2H Frost Trinket Quick Question

I am in the process of gearing my frost dk.

Currently he has the alchemy and dmc trinket on him.
I have enough VP and Shado Pan rep for me to get this shado pan trinket (Iron Belly Wok).

Currently it has nice str and on-demand haste (which is very good for 2H I believe).
Is this trinket worth its cost ?

Well, it is better than the one you have at moment, so yes it is worth the cost but if I were you I would try and farm this one instead:
http://www.wowhead.com/item=81268 , and maybe buy the shoulders from VP instead.
If you are lucky you will get http://www.wowhead.com/item=86802 next time you do LFR and then you already have what I consider to be the two best trinkets that you can get in LFR.
