I'm not to fond of it.
Not to mention that the game is 80% luck base. Having 0 attack or 0 health upgrade especially as Cain = you're dead.

If I want a 'hard' game, I'd want a game that has barely any luck involved. Games like Touhou or Rhythm type games are more of my thing, alas it is just my opinion.
Well, that's the Rogue elements to it. Permanent death, completely random item and monster placement, etc. Part of being good at Roguelikes is learning to downplay the bad luck and play up the good luck. You can easily beat the game with 0 items or power-ups, it just takes practice and patience.

Also, in case anyone was wondering, Tropico 4 is pretty cool.
Yeah, wanted to buy tropico 4 (played it on a *cough*pirate*cough* before) but kalipso's dlc model is kinda... wrong, most DLC's are just 1 building that does little to nothing, it seemed like just an upgrade from Tropico3. If you have Tropico4 get Modern Times DLC, from what i've heard it's the only worthwhile DLC.

I would've bought it if I had money left after buying Batman: Arkham City <F U Windows Live Games>

So... can you beat it with 1 heart, 1 damage, 1 range, 1 tear. No item, no space item, no trinket, all the way to polaroid ???? baby thingy.
    Easily?
There are RNG rooms that will make you take damage no matter what. This is reality.

It's usually done with Isaac, since he's the vanilla character with no abilities. Everyone else starts with something you can't get rid of - extra damage, extra speed, extra health, Whore of Babylon, etc. Well, it assumes you never use the D6, of course.

And people have done it. There are no rooms where you are guaranteed to take damage. I've seen examples of all of these rooms, and every single one of them gives you a way out.

Except those rooms where you start on a thin ledge while being bombarded by shooting flies.

    Alan Wake Franchise - 8,99
Grand Theft Auto Franchise - 7,49
Not too bad imho. 16,5 euros for 9 games. Might pick up something at the last minutes of encore.
    WoW-frozen. SWTOR - frozen. AoC - frozen.

A rather weak steam sale for me. Got more Stuff from Amazon, Greenman Gaming and GamesLoad this time.

    Steam:
    Darksiders Franchise
    Dawn of War Franchise

    Other sites:
XCOM, Hitman, Dawnguard, and some other stuff. Steam deals on Games < 2 years old where terrible this time.

Anyone else kind of bummed now that all the sales are done? I have to reminf myself to not check all the sites every few hours for a new "deal" to pop up. Oh well, time for new back log game play.
