Check out Raz0rtheworld's YouTube channel, HERE.

They set up cheap - high end rigs each month.
Why check out another site when we have up to date sample builds right here in the stickies AND a variety of monthly builds as well. Not to mention you can come here and ask and we'll do a up to date at the very second including any specials running tuned just for you, your country and your needs, not just some random build that may be more or less than what you specifically need.

you dont need a z77 extreme 4 motherboard unless you plan on getting a k version chip. An h77 pro 4 would do just fine unless you plan on getting a 3570k instead. a 7750 is like the lowest of the lows before you hit into the beyond lowend video cards I would try to get something better. I also wouldnt bet my money on a psu bundled in the case for anything uber excellent.
