Mage transmog gear for New Years

I am planing to get a gift for my friend .

And i came to an idea to get him some cool transmog set he could use.

The thing is, it has to be some BoE gear ( like black velvet robes + black mageweave set for evil warlock professor look) for a Female Panda Mage.

Any suggestions would be great

I would suggest going through the mage transmog thread or warlock transmog thread. Or use http://www.wowhead.com/transmog-sets or http://www.curse.com/addons/wow/mogit to find transmogs. As for a transmog using purely boe, it'll be tough to figure it out, as most sets tend to include some bop gear. You would not be able to get the same look like this one (http://www.wowhead.com/transmog-set=1128) using only boe's.
