So a friend and I are playing lowbies... He wants to cap at 39 and twink. He wants this chest item:

which SAYS it has a 15% chance to drop (as opposed to the gloves at 15%, the ring and bracers at 14%, and the crossbow at 13%)

the problem is that in our 8 hours of running that dungeon..... we have yet to see it once.

It isn't a 100% drop, so you might just not have it happen to drop for you yet.

i heal and my friend tanks. there might have been a 15 second down time between dungeons and we queued for the same one every time. i lost track of how many times, but if i had to guess....

lets say it takes 10 minutes to finish the dungeon all the way through. 8 hours. with 15 seconds in between.

by my calculator we ran that dungeon at least 47 times.
