about showing numbers on target

Hello, i just recently got my copy of GW2 and only got to play until lv20 before i went away for holidays . One thing i noticed when i quickly checked the options that there didnt seem to be an option to show hp numerically. Did i miss something in the options or is there an other way to see them? Just out of curiosity..

They don't want there to be very much UI watching, so there is no option for that, target of target, or cast bars because that just takes away from the game.

it would also not make much sense as enemies as well as your character scale quite often (more players = scaling of mobs health, level,...)
