Looking for a specific Add-On

Hey guys, just thought that I would ask to see if anyone could point me in the right direction of an add-on that I'm looking for.

I don't need a full UI-change add-on, but I am looking for something that allows me to move around my quest text as well as that damn vehicle figure when your on a two person mount. They are both sitting too low on my screen due to other add-ons I have allowing to move my minimap and buff bars around, so I am just gonna check here and see if anyone is able to help me out.
