Which healer has the best aoe healing in terms of not having to stack for best results? Like how shamans have chain heal and healing rain and paladins holy radiance all require the players to be within a fairly close range to heal. Which healing class is least effected by this ?

Well. Monks and Druids of course.

I'd definitely have to go with druids on that one. While spread out their hots are still amazing and while I haven't seen many that can compete with the aoe healing other classes can do, they definitely shine when the raid is spread out.
