Meh. It's miserable in Scotland at the moment. The temparture increased from a perfect -2c last week, to a 7c. Rain, rain, rain, rain, rain, rain, rain. For weeks. Give me bloody snow.

It was -29 Celsius last night. Snow doesn't even form at that temperature.

This is true. While snow is more likely to form at 1ºC then any other temperature that is normal for this part of the hemisphere, Snow is capable of forming at almost any temperature below 0ºC although typically in these parts of the world, it would be Sleet & Hailstones. Weird as it is, it was around 2C or ~36F last night in FLORIDA.
