Best builds

Is there a site anywhere where one can view the best PvE and PvP builds for each class? I thought I found a site for that but it was last updated March 2011 so maybe not.

The best place to look for builds is, believe it or not, the official forums in the class sections. Lots of builds with theorycrafting and advice.

Yeah the Official Forums aren't overcrowded with drivel like many other MMOs, they're actually a very good resource.
Generally the only people who write guides are players who are confident that they are right on the money, otherwise they get torn to shreds.
So if you see a guide it's probably quite accurate.
