Nice budget gaming PC build help.

Hey everyone! I'm thinking about building my sister a gaming computer as a present, but she doesn't need a computer that for example will run WoW 60FPS in 25mans. I would like to build her a computer that will run WoW on atleast high settings. Or at the very, very least middle. Possibly 35FPS+ in 10man raids.

I do want it to be an intel build, and I'm looking to spend around 400-500$. But you're more then welcome to build an AMD one as well.

    Thanks!

Honestly I wouldn't spend much less than that. Also what about Windows? Monitor? anything else she needs?

Thank you, really really nice. She's going to need windows, but i already knew that when i asked. A long with a monitor as well, but im thinking i'll just take care of that a little later.

Do you think switching the i3 for an i5 would be a huge performance increase? Or a big one, but not really worth it for a basic build for her and this system.

Thanks again tho. Really appreciated. =p

that i3 should work just fine for what you think your sister will use the rig for.
perhaps you can get a cheap windows license through school/work?
