Lights work, so don't know what's wrong. Reset BIOS to factory before shutting it off, and even tried taking out battery for an hour.
Nothing happens when pushing the power button, all cables are attached.

Which CPUs? Which motherboard? Was the BIOS updated before swap? Does it work with the old CPU? Too little information.

Sorry for late reply. Basically I was being a dingus and didn't check if my Mobo supports Gen 9 CPUs. Ordered a new one.
