Those are NPC models, which now vary greatly from playable models because their armors are attached to their model (which allows Blizzard to give them shape and animations).
BUT! That is how a troll should look for Blizzard, meaning that, art-wise, the player models will look somewhat like those.
New player models are said to be getting new skeletons and animations, so that isn't it seeing as how its using the normal troll skeleton. Indeed awesome looking though.
Looks incredible, makes me wish we were getting those updated Player models sooner
sexy sexy new models. <3
I second that, this looks to be a fucking amazing raid.
If you check the achievements there are 13 achievements, one for every boss. Rastakhan isn't mentioned. Only known name is Lei Shen, and Jin'rokh, which previously was the sister sword of Zin'rokh.

Is this a Thunder King?

Paladin set looks fantastic, too bad there's no shoulders on model wiever but head is amazing.
http://www.wowwiki.com/Jin%27rokh_the_Breaker this is the jin'rokh he's talking about. wowhead mentions him as a boss. i don't know if he could go frombeing a diretroll to being so normal looking. it'll probably be a really badass looking new diretroll look.
1. Jin'rokh the Breaker was an NPC from vanilla when Zul'Gurub was a raid, a member of the Zandalari Faction.
2. Horridon and the war god Jalaak. - Has many adds in waves from the Farraki Tribe (Sand Trolls), Gurubashi Tribe (Jungle Trolls), Drakkari Tribe (Ice Trolls), Amani Tribe (Forest Trolls), and the Zandalari Tribe (Island Trolls). Which leads me to believing these are the tribes of the previously unheard of 'Council of Elders' members.
3. Council of elders -
Malaak the Frost Troll King of the Drakari of Northrend,
Kazra'jin assumingly a member of the Amani Tribe of Ghostlands,
Sul the Sandcrawler a sand troll from the Fakkari Tribe or possibly Sandfury Tribe from Tanaris, (He summonsSand Elementals)
High Priestess Mar'li former Zul'Gurub boss and Gurabashi/Hakkari Spider Priestess of Stranglethorn Vale,
and of course our pal from Mogu'shan Vaults Gara'jal the Spiritbinder of the Zandalari to be the puppet master.
4. Tortos -
5.Megaera -Frost head, Fire head, and Poison head .
6.Ji-Kun -
7.Durumu the Forgotten -
8.Primordius -
9.Dark Animus - Most likely.
10.Iron Qon - Could be either this or Ji-Kun
11.Twin Consort -
12.Lei Shen, The Thunder King -
13.Ra-Den - Heroic Only
World Boss.Oondasta
World Boss.Nalak the Stormlord - Could go to either Nalak or Kazra'jin.

The new models will look even more advanced if they're supposed to be similar to the Pandaren. I imagine the skeletons will be the same exact shape and pose so they can still use all the same old armor sets but will be upgraded to have much more articulation points with all new faces that will be a lot more expressive. They will also have more polys and higher res textures like these trolls.
