    How do I get the PTR patch.. ?

    Basically.. im asking this since I wanna know how mmo-champion wow-serbia ect gets all these goodies when the patch is not even live ?
    Can I download it somewhere or how does it work ? !

    You kind of missed his point. If I am reding his question right, he wants to know where to get the patch, because he is under the impression that the patch is not even available to the general public on the PTR yet. If the patch is not on the PTR, where are people getting the info to datamine? Kind of hard to Datamine, when there is no Data to begin with.

    *please note, I do not know if the patch is actually available or not on the PTR (though I am guessing it is?), I am saying the OP wants to know where they get it.

    I believe you can download the PTR files in the usual fashion, but you can't use them for anything because the PTR servers are not available.

    Blizzard usually puts the PTR files on their download servers long before they become available on the PTR. The dataminers just download the files from the servers.
