You'll be fine with the 7950. You'll definitely want to OC your cpu if you haven't already to get extra performance since these games are very cpu demanding. Here's a build thread for reference. A 7950 will easily overclock to ~1100 mhz which puts it at 7970 GHZ stock settings from what I've seen.

660 TI and 7950 are, I believe, virtually equal in terms of performance. Basically comes down to your preference between NVIDIA and ATi since their prices are also about equal. I went 7950 and am happy with the decision. Overclocks beautifully. But, as others have said, processor needs to be OCed. I have mine at 4.2. Going to 4.4 resulted in about 15fps increase in WoW... but who notices the difference between 75 and 90fps?
