Warrior TG / SMF Loot Question

When doing the LFR and dealing with that terrible terrible "must do dailies to get tokens or no gear random loot system" do you have a chance to loot 1h weapong if you are currently TG.

For instance i have Starshatter and the Epic from Mogo Palace (2 2h weapons) i have not had any 1h drop for me and i would rather SMF, so do i even have the chance to see 1 handers drop (is it worth wasting tokens on) or will it default to only letting me have the chance to see 2 handers because of my current gear setup?

Fury warriors can loot both 1 and 2 handed weapons.
Titan's Grip is not a spec - it is a weapon choice.

Arms warriors can only loot 2 handed weapons.

Protection warriors can only loot 1 handed weapons.

I got a 1H drop in LFR. I was wielding 2 2H'ers as TG.

If you're only focusing on 1H, try to do it as tank.
Same loot chance on weapons + tokens but you get in faster !

Don't tanks only get Tanking weapons? Like weapons with Dodge/Parry? Otherwise that'd be horribly broken.

Nope. Tanks use the same 1H weapons as SMF fury warriors / frost DKs. It's awesome!

I rarely get quick LFR queues as a tank. It's usually 15 minutes or more.

Like VoodooT said, if you open your Dungeon Journal and check the loot for a specific boss, you can put a filter on (class AND spec) to see what loot you're eligible to get from both killing the boss and bonus rolling.

As for us; fury warriors can get both one-handers and two-handers, the game does not look whether you're TG or SMF specced (so you could get a 'useless' weapon). Tanks can only get one-handers (and this tier they can get all one-handers that fury warriors can get as well). Arms warriors can only get two-handers.

If you have a tank off-spec and want certain weapons from LFR, I'd recommend to tank them, as otherwise you could 'waste' a bonuscoin and win a two-hander.
