Lost Society is a name some of you may have heard before, both on this and maybe on its previous home realm - Shattered Halls, where it was born in the times of 3.2, and which it left to come to Tarren Mill in 4.2.
We are PVE oriented guild, aiming at clearing content preferably before nerfs, while remaining sociable enough . Therefore, if you cant take a bit of bantering, if you completely lack a sense of humour or are allergic to green text, then this guild is probably not your best choice.
At the same time, we enjoy killing bosses, so, if you dislike taking care of your character with love - in the form of making sure you are prepared for fights with both encounter knowledge, as well as your own class knowledge, then, again, the raider rank will probably not be your best choice - although you can always request a social one.
Now to serious stuff:
We raid 3 days per week - Wednesdays, Thursdays and Sundays, from 20.30-23.30, which means our progress time is limited enough to not be wasted. We are interested in mature players that like to play the game, like to raid and like to be on top of their performance, while still remaining human beings. We use loot council for distributing loot.
MoP progress:
14/16 hc T14
13/13 hc T15
14/14 hc T16
Current progress
7/7 Mythic HM
10/10 hc BRF 8/10 Mythic BRF
12/13 Mythic HFC
What we can provide: a friendly team that likes to kill bosses, and an established community for some years.
What we ask of you:
If you come to us to become one of our raiders, first of all, you need to like to raid and like playing wow. We will request that you are able to dedicate enough time to the game to make sure your character is as well equipped as needed for progress - in both terms of gear, gems, enchants or raiding consumables and in knowing your class and the encounters we are progressing in. As our raiding schedule is pretty tight, we require at least 80% attendance. A good knowledge of the English language will be required, as well as the ability of using it on vent when it is needed. Good raiding awareness and capacity to adapt are key traits we seek in our members. We appreciate very much you being able to play various aspects of your class. We also take a higher interest in players with mythic raiding experience.
If all of the above got you interested enough, feel free to drop an apply to www.lost-society.eu in the special form reserved. If you got further questions - feel free to ask officers in game or leave a message in the public forums. You can contact yopok#2996, Glorfindel#2721 or Saphira#2652 for more info.
Thanks for taking the time to read,
And greetings from the rest of the LS team.

Reason: Updating
Still looking for a healer - paladin or shaman would be most wanted, but priests and druids could apply too. We would also like to hear from a war/pala tank and 1-2 ranged dps.
Most interested to hear from some dps - preferably hunter, ret paladin, boomkin, warrior, but other classes may apply as well. We are also looking for a war/palading tank.
Even if your class is not amongst the mentioned, we always take into consideration good applies.
Getting Lei-shi slowly there, need more dps to fight that enrage! Looking to hear from awesome dps - we'd love to hear from a hunter, warlock or enhancement shaman.
Hello, and sorry for the late reply, the thread gets pushed down pretty fast. We have already found a war tank and we dont need more tanks for the moment .
Lost Society downed Lei Shi hc and Garalon hc this week and we are now at 9/16 hc. We are happy with our roster size, but still interested to hear from exceptional dps, if they can prove they are better than our current trials.
Progress on will of the emps looking good, we'd like to recruit few good and reliable dps to help us clean some slackers on our roster! Looking mostly for a dk dps (high demand), war dps, lock, enh shaman. We would also like to hear from a healer, as our resto druid is becoming increasingly unreliable with real life stuff. Since we already have 3 priests, we'd like to avoid more, and would prefer a holy paladin/mistweaver monk/resto druid - as we only have 1 of each of those (and half of a resto druid).
Obviously, exceptional applications from any class (bar healing priests) are always welcome.
