[A] The Unleash - Frostmane [25] 4/16 HC; Two raids per week
Background
Unleash is a 25 man raiding guild that consists of old very hardcore raiders that now feel we don't have the time to raid 6 days/week anymore. Most of us have raided since early vanilla and we do take some pride in saying we got a whole bunch of very experienced players in our team.
Our thirst for downing endgame content hasn’t diminished at all just because we raid fewer days a week; as such, we need to expect a lot of our members. Considering we only raid 2 nights a week we need members that learn fast and are highly competent at their role.
What we want from you
We expect you to be able to come to all raids. We only raid Wednesdays and Sundays 1930-0000 server time. Demanding 100% might sound harsh but when it's only 2 days a week, a demand like that is justified.
We understand there can be exceptions. Your grandma might die (once), wife giving birth (twice?) or other possible one-timers, but in general raiding 2 days a week is a must for applying.
When it comes to loot we have a zero-sum dkp-system. Any recruit joins as trial and though you still earn dkp, members will have loot-prio over you until we feel your trial period is over.
What we offer you in return is a guild of expert players with a thirst for progress. We understand the need for a real life and value quality above quantity when it comes to raid hours. We're an international guild with a pool of players with tons of experience, a good sense of humour and a relaxed attitude.
With MoP at our doorstep, we’re looking to flesh out our roster a little.

Can I ask why have moderators if blatant harassment doesn't get dealt with?
