The MMO-Champion Awards 2012 (Nominations)

This was a mild success last year so I decided to host another one, how it works is there will be different categories with sub-categories to nominate for the best (and in some cases worst) of the year. The main category sections are, The Forums, WoW, Video Games, and Music and Cinema.

You may nominate up to 5 different contendors for each category (and I encourage you to nominate multiple), the top 3-5 nominations for each category will go the voting rounds, where you will vote for each category, and then the winners will be announced. Nominations will be open until January 5th, voting will open on January 7th and close on the 24th, the winners will be announced January 25th and 26th.

Thread(s) of the Year: Pendulous' Ultimate Showdown Threads. Besides the "Post Your Image Thread", these are what originally brought me to Fun Stuff. I owe my time in this subforum to Pendulous. An honorable mention goes to the DBZ thread, though this one has more limited appeal. There's some good laughs to be had and some great nostalgia to be embraced in there.

User of the Year: My official vote goes to Kerath as well; it's kinda hard not to like her. We need more women like this in the world. Both Baiyn and Anakso are delightfully well behaved and I can't help but like them. Arnorei gets props for starting some of the only positive threads this forum sees, plus he's a caring, decent human being.

Most Active User: Has to be Majad. The dude picked up a couple thousand posts in a matter of months.

Best Forum Game: Picture Wars! I love this thread.
