RAT9 Thumbwheel help

Hey guys, I just got the RAT9 wireless mouse. One thing that doesn't work is the thumb wheel. I can't change it in the editor software you can download or in games. I've tried to search google but can't find any troubleshooting. Any help would be appreciated.

I have the Rat7 and the same issue - never found out how to get it to work.

It's pretty frustrating since I thought it was cool. It doesn't scroll to the sides when zoomed in on pictures either.

I have installed the latest drivers so I don't understand what the problem is.

Alright so I got it to work with media (pause, next, previous etc.) but I still can't figure out why it doesn't work in games. I tried it in Call of Duty World At War and it didn't do anything.

Here you go buddy.

Set your left and right scroll to arrow left and right. Does the same thing, just emulates that key.

If that doesn't work 100% in all applications try this instead.

Right -> Shift + Mouse Down
Left -> Shift + Mouse Up

(try it manually without the mouse, it works just like mouse wheel scroll so should work in all applications just like the mouse wheel does)
