I just got a weapon that can hold a sha-touched gem, but I cant get the quest from the black prince for the test of valor. Are there prerequesites to "a test of valor?" On the toon with the weapon I havent even completed a single Black Price quest except for the first.

And to add to that, the Sigils are dropped from the raids, even on LFR difficulty. But you must have the quest first. Originally Posted by Seran
