I'll take the stance that this happened in an offshoot reality in where I happened to glimpse this thread and not respond then the following happened.
The first thing I would do is blame the OP for creating this thread and then shave my horrible attempt at a beard.
Then I would proceed to cry to myself because there can only be one alpha timeline and that I would die very soon in most likely 24 hours due to complications in spontaneous gender switch.

I'm going to be a bore here and say I'd just play games all day. Or I'd completely freak out, tell myself it's a nightmare and try to go back to sleep. Should that fail, drink until I pass out. I couldn't even call in sick with my lady voice, I'd just have to wait it out and try to come up with an excuse afterwards.

I would go outside and write my name on a wall by peeing on it. I'm pretty sure every time I had to urinate during the 24 hour period it would be outdoors, just because I'd find the fact that I can do it without a gigantic hassle awesome.
