Stance Dance macro for warriors

I kinda need a macro for my warrior for stance dancing in PvP. This is for switching between def stance and battle stance. With the regular castsequence macro I get issues when I'm already in the stance from the cast sequence. Any workaround for this?

Well, if you want to put berserker stance into the macro, i use this

/cast [modifier: shift,nostance:3] Berserker Stance; [stance:1] Defensive Stance; [modifier: shift] defensive stance; battle stance
