I saw Meet the press and the aftermath from it and that * what the big deal * he show a freaking clip and they want him prosecuted there was NO CRIME but the media machine once they get something that juicy they will not let go at all so they can proved there point
And they have the same attitude toward to the elementary shooting and other shooting incident around america they don't care about victim but RATING AND FRIGHTEN AMERICAN to a level that when it is enough is just out of control

Also, he showed a magazine, not a clip. A clip is totally different.

Incorrect. The issue is that 1. He had it and 2. Where he had it.

He is out of touch like the majority of the liberal media. Thinking the goodness (insanity) he is trying to demonstrate puts him above the laws everyone else has to follow.
I also found it funny how the annoying lady in video 2 didnt acknowledge the issues in chicago, yet hammered other points.

Should he be charged? If he indeed broke the law, absolutely! He should have to fight it just like anyone else would have to for something so frivolous. This is how bad laws get changed/overturned.
What I want to know is how he got the magazine in the first place? I know that the DC Police originally turned down his request...

DC High Capacity Ammunition Magazines – D.C. Official Code 7-2506.01
(b) No person in the District shall possess, sell, or transfer any large capacity ammunition feeding device regardless of whether the device is attached to a firearm.
