Diablo 3 Glow effect, looks like mongoose enchant in wow ?

So hello !

I got a question, anyone knows how that glow at weapons are based?
My friend got a Holy damage weapon that has a teal colored glow.. ( Mongoose in wow )
Anyone know why he got that look and not holy glow effect? Would love a reply !

That mongoose-like glow comes from an %-attackspeed increase on that weapon. I don't know how diablo decides which enchantment is shown, but that mongoose-lookalike is definatly caused by increased attack speed on the weapon
