The GTX 670 is easily going to be the best choice out of those 3.

In terms of the two different models of the Geforce GTX 660ti and the Geforce GTX 670, you can find a benchmark between the two <<Here>>.

When it comes to which one specifically of that model he wants to get, it both comes down to personal preference and budget.
My personal preference would be the Gigabyte OC model seen <<Here>>
But this really depends on whether you are willing to fork out the extra money.

If the choice is only between these three then I would go for the 670 as this GPU is not only a good unit but great value for money aswell.

670 will be the best, easily. However. A few questions.

    1) What games does he play? If money is an issue, and he only plays WoW or something, a 660ti or more is not needed.
    2) Why an i7? It benefits games very little.
    3) Do not get the standard of any of those. Get a one of them with dual fans.

the 670 is better, but not by far, and IMHO dont worth the money.
660TI is more than enough for WOW

670 is the best of those three, but overkill for WoW. WoW just simply isn't optimized well enough to use all of its power and does not need it. For example, I have a GTX 670 and a 2500k OC'd at 4.3ghz and I still get ~40 FPS in major cities with the game maxed, while both my GPU and CPU are underutilized. Of the three I would recommend the http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16814127696 for WoW.

As for other games, the 660 comes close to the 670 in performance for a chunk cheaper.
