Nope. There are some simmilar things, but when I look them not the same in the end. Maybe Blizz devs are lazy, so they just copy past some things.

On seeing the new video on the front page, which shows green lava and the Shadowmoon Valley sky I think it's now quite clear that these islands are floating somewhere above the Black Temple.

Probably a Lock zone with trainers similar to how they have one for dks monks and druids
