Samsung s24b350h OR Asus vw247h?

Which one is better? I'm looking for fast response time, since I previously ownen a Dell IPS panel and the pixel were too damn slow. Panning the camera was literally hurting my eyes. This is why I desperately want a TN panel, because these have the quickest response time.

I was reading the FAQ, but the VW246H is not available in Europe (I live in Belgium).

We also have the VS247H and VH242H and VE247T.

The Samsung has 2ms, whereas the ASUS has 5ms.

But the difference shouldn't be too big, you wouldn't really notice it.
