In that UI it's called fer34. Just download the package and look inside Interface/Addons/Ferous Media/StatusBars.

You would not happen to know what border/masque (buttonfacade) he is using for his actionbars?
Also which border is it on all the KGpanels?

The Masque skin is Vista.
The KgPanels border is bubu01.tga - found inside the texture folder when you download the UI.

I hope you added
inside Ferous Media.lua along with the list of other borders there.Code:Media:Register("border", "bubu01", [[Interface\AddOns\Ferous Media\Borders\bubu01.tga]])
