when i load a character it gets to about 20% and then i get a "fatal error" and game crashes - doesnt matter which toon and i cleared cache

anyone else getting this?

Got in after deleting cache.

It ain't brain surgery.

Deleting your cache wont achieve much if its a server side/ISP issue.

Having same issues, was in queue for dungeon, accepted dungeon invite, loading screen went to 100% then hung there, finally dc'd me now im geting to 80% loading bar before being dc'd.

also noticed that in the systems tab on the main log in screen there is nothing there, just check boxes.

I then cancel out and get this error:

(I am not a tech savvy person when it comes to error codes and stuff, so I have no clue if this is caused by the current problem or not, but figured I would make note of it

You do realize what the page is saying is that there are no problems with traffic in Europe? Those nodes that are offline and have 100% packet loss have been like that for more than 24 hours and the problems with loging in started just a few hours ago. This is 100% a problem at Blizzards side.

You do realize that blizzard is not owning the backbone of the internet in europe? There can be issues with other things which neither you or blizzard have any control over that affects your connection to their servers. It would be a different matter if it was blizzards fault, they do not have to compensate their customers anything for issues appearing they have no control over.
