    Heirloom Items

Is there anyway yet to get heirloom items from a Horde character to an Alliance one?

If they're on the same server you can just mail them, I believe.

They didn't "finally change it".. It have been working like this, since early/mid-WotLK, i.e. 3+ years by now...

This is a toon I made 3 years ago, and at that time, cross-faction heirloom-mailing WAS NOT NEW --> http://www.warcraftrealms.com/char/115583527

Heirlooms were made cross-faction compatible at the launch of 3.2, when they also allowed people to play both factions on PVP realms.
