    Wrong game, Begrudge.

Crafting is the fastest way to level (will cost a bit of gold however), dungeons are the best way to earn gold (if you are running with a good group).

Otherwise, eat some xp buff food and do events, gathering, exploring. There are a couple areas that have events that reset fairly fast that can be farmed, careful not to hit the DR though.

    Wrong forum sir.

    Let's see... tips:
-Try to find maps according to your levels, if you're looking for exploration exp bonus just try to get it when you're 80% on the map, else it might take a bit more than expected.

-Do dinamics events as much as you can (as long as they don't take a huge chunk of time), they award you a good chunk of exp when paired with hearts!

-Try to level up with food buff up, +10 exp for each monster killed is not too big but it's definately not small when you take into account the 100 poor skritts you've killed :'c.

-Always gather everything, you want to have mats to level up your crafting as it goes with your character level so you can gear it nicely, try to get 2 crafting skills that work with your gear (like warrior goes with weaponsmith/armorcrafter nicely, can get artificer if you don't want to overuse minerals) and then get cooking too since it doesn't require minerals nor wood. Crafting gives exp and it's not a little ammount, plus there are a lot of guides that teach you how to skill up quickly.

-If you have a guild then you might want to ask for some loot/karma banners (i beleive there's an exp one too), if your guild has a lot of influence points free then it's not bad to have those ! (you can get banners near the fractals dung too).

    To earn easy money:
-If you don't care about dyes -> Sell them (used to be like 6-7 silver before, don't know the actual price, but it's easy money nonetheless).
-If you have a nice group of friends -> Fractals, get rares and exotics and use the highest salvage kit you have and get the ectoplasms and then auction them (they're like 50s~).
-When doing the season events (in this case winter veil) save some items from the event for selling after the event is done (since afaik they're one-time event prizes, good moneh!)
-When you're 80 and have got almost everything you might want just get the orichalcum veins scattered around the map (they're present in Orr/The karka island which I forgot the name now) ...sadly the ehmry bay map webpage with the nodes hasn't been updated for a while, I just don't want to search for them lol :P).

    -My personal advice:
Don't try to rush the game from 1-80, enjoy it, I made a huge blunder by trying to rush it, I was like lvl 80 on day 2 and I lost a bit of it's exploration charm. Also it's not necessary for you to go to Orr, you can go to other lvl 70+ areas without placing foot in that land, Orr has got no hearts but a fuckton of dinamic events that require good ammounts of people, sadly last time I checked it was quite empty.

    Eh this isn't a WoW forum :F

on topic though just got the game for christmas and really loving it. Playing WoW for years I know leveling is handed to you on a plate in that game. Guild Wars is different.

Just basically explore the huge world and do events that pop up, try progress your personal story, Search for the waypoints and the little red triangle thingies and you level up without realising it. Also gather everything you see because you get XP for mining and picking herbs etc.

Basically just enjoy the journey rather than where you are going.

Do explorable dungeons. If you already have another level 80, you can just swap in your alt when the final dungeon boss is at 20% or so, people usually dont mind if you do this and it gives you 70% of a level (assuming no DR) each time.

Or you can just use your lower level character to do the whole dungeon, the downside is I think the gold you earn scales + your party will be more likely to wipe if people aren't very experienced. Still very fast gold regardless, with a good party you can make as much as 3g in just over an hour (or more with lucky drops)

Crafting is definitely the fastest. I leveled a few crafting skills to 400, which was about 10 levels worth for like 15ish gold per crafting skill. I just bought everything at once from the auction house, you could easily do it for much cheaper.

the quickest way to level up solo, is gathering every node you see, and joining every DE you pass. also doing personal story on level (tons of XP)

if you have a static group. just dungeons from level 35 and up.

crafting from level 60 to 80 in lions arch.

I found that the best way to make money was to get 100% zone completion on every zone I was doing at the time, while gathering EVERYTHING I could. Not sure if this is the fastest way to do it though.

The karka island one is great. I don't know if it's the same on every server, but there is a regular orichalcum vein just west of the southern waypoint, then you run up and get the rich oric vein. I have all my non-main 80's just logged off there and run it every 24 hours.

Fastest way of lvling => crafting hands down.

Best way of making money, TP (auction house) like every other game, trading makes you more money than farming.

I leveled pretty quick by just completing zones as I went. I just convert gems to get g every now and then though.
