Dark Apotheosis= WC3 Dreadlord?

Is it safe to say that a Demonology Warlock with Dark Apotheosis is a Dreadlord? They have all of the Dreadlord's abilities (except the Vampire Aura, but that's easily made up for by other abilities), and they somewhat look the part with the wings.

Was that Blizzard's intention, or is it just a happy incident?
