Heres mine if you want to have a look at it http://eu.battle.net/d3/en/profile/S.../hero/18294637. I run mp2 xp runs and faceroll them in about 10-15 mins depending if I happen to get lost somewhere, mp1 is a little faster due to mobs having less hp. I`ve done up to mp5 for key runs and survived just fine but I prefer a HoTA build for key runs. No point in using WoTB under mp3-4 imo mobs just die too fast on lower diff especially on mp0 and your uptime wont be constant as it should be
if i give items to my follower with +xp on kill does that give me more xp or the follower?

When talking about what MP is best (outside of farming keys/ubers) it depends on your movement speed and if you put finding gear over paragon xp or vice versa. I run the above (with a hellfire - unless doing ubers) and swap out the belt with IK on tougher elites and for higher level ubers/key grinding replace Innas with dual socket res rares. On mp 0-4 I can get away with just under 900loh and 3% life steal. MP5+ I swap out witching belt with IK.
If you're gear is up to an ok standard (unbuffed - 100K+, 36k+, 400res, 6000+ac, with a reasonable level of ls/loh the MP level comes down to run speed.
To be efficient you really need pairs of some items depending what MP you're running.
