Yeah "thrash run" and "transmorg" always annoyed me. "Rouge" has such a storied history it's practically a mark of affection now.
It's not a spelling mistake but it always bothered me when GDKPs were around and people would say they wanted to come along "as a carry", when they meant "as a carrier". Buyers are the ones getting carried (ie a buyer is "a carry"), the people doing the carrying are carriers!
i suck ass at typing "around" i always type aroudn
Rouge instead of Rogue
transmorgrification (or any shortening of) instead of transmogrification (or any shortening of)
-er at the end of unnecessary words (usually profs. Blacksmither, scriber, or the one that's my personal favorite: tailorer)
massacring the word "Draenei"
Pandoria instead of Pandaria, not sure if it's just my server or not, but it drives me bonkers
Ogrimmar instead of Orgrimmar
cheev instead of achievement/achieve
"I'm a heals" rather than I'm a healer
I've personally always hated "Dal" as an abbreviation for Dalaran, only because there's a local university that we refer to as "Dal" around here
as with the above, at the beginning of Cata, it took me for ever to get used to TB as Tol Barad rather than Thunder Bluff
and I'm sure the list is longer, but those are the usual ones that get to me.
Rouge of course. But lately trade has been getting after people that fail at your vs you're or there vs their. There are a few others. Awesome bait for trolls to throw out..
"The further a society drifts from the truth the more it will hate those who speak it" - George Orwell
I get annoyed when I type too fast and end up messing up "ing".
For example: Wer'e killnig the boss
Or: We're killign the boss.
In general people who try to correct me when i write Armour and Honour, as well as any other word written differently.
<Novum Genus> - Tarren Mill Horde
"Outlands" really gets my goat.
"One shotted" and "Elegion"
The think which realy winds me up is recipes when someone asks if I have a blacksmithing recipe. Now I know the fault for this lays with Blizzard and their appalling English However:
Blacksmith, Engineers possibly JCs would have plans,
Tailors, leatherworkers would have patterns,
Alchemists would have recipes and possibly even spells for transmutation,
Enchanters would have spells,
Chefs have recipes
Quest turning into Qest or Qs
Queue turning into Que or Q
Rogue turning into Rouge
I suppose rouge...
Not that I really care about spelling mistakes, my English ain't perfect either and sometimes mistakes just happen.
Would of
Should of
Could of
Worgens, Taurens, Pandarens

The phrase *could care less*
it's couldn't care less people!! *could care less doesn't even make any sense!
