Affliction 5.2 talent choice?

If the changes that are to come in patch 5.2 particularly the 5% nerf to GoSac, would it be a dps increase/not a dps loss just going with Supremacy for all fights, rather than GoSac on singel target fights

I believe with the nerf we will use Supremacy in any fight with multi-target and single-target will remain GoSac.
