The corruption tick from Malefic Grasp is correctly increased by 10% yes. MG damage is not increased by 10% overall.

The problem was with corruption only, but it's already fixed in 5.1 (December 5):
"The Warlock's 2 piece Sha-Skin Regalia set bonus properly increases the damage of the Malefic Grasp version of Corruption by 10%, and will no longer sometimes deal too much damage."
