I think 2009, around the time ToC launched. Despite being a big fan of War 1 & 2 and pretty much all Blizzard games, I knew from experience with Diablo 2 that I had a bad habit of getting addicted to online RPGs so I put off playing it for ages. And then I finally gave it a shot and BAM, addicted.

2007 on an undead Warlock, got wound up there wasn't Troll Warlocks, switched to a Tauren shaman which I maxed in 2009 and finally got playing end game properly in 2010 in the Shattering when Troll Warlocks came about.

activated my account on dec. 19th, 2005... but it was only the demo that came with the WC3 battlechest. I remember, because I cancled my sub for another came and started wow, which made my bank call me to varify that I was the one who made the transaction lol. Why? idk why they called.

But officially, I picked up my main and play wow in Jan. 2006.
