how to copy settings (video, audio, keybindings, interface) from retail to ptr ?

Go into your Wow folder and copy/paste the WTF folder into the PTR folder. Then go into WTF > Account > [account name] and change the name of the folder for your normal server to the name of PTR server. After that go into that folder and change the name of the folder for your live character to the name you use for that character on the PTR.

That will copy all settings, bindings and macros over to the PTR.
