[5.2] will you switch specs after 5.2?

I know I dont keep a spare set for my offspec I play the highest dps spec at the time gem enchant and reforge for it and switch to combat for cleave fights
if the changes go as projected cleave will be a very marginal dps increase on cleave fights but considering I will not be reforged enchanted or gemmed for it I think it will be a net dps loss at least for me.
