Think more like a warrior having to use throwdown to use shockwave (if it wasn't removed, and if shockwave was a channel).

So kinda like a holy pala using HoJ to land a Repentance without being LoSed or interrupted/silenced? Though its not a bad CC chain.. Followed by the mass blind.
