[Elemental] Lava Surge procs during Ascendance - Cancelaura?

Hello,

Some times I find myself mashing my Lava Burst button but my char isn't doing anything because of the GCD. This happens after a Lava Surge proc. Would it be worth it to CancelAura during Ascendance, or just put up with this annoyance? Not sure if it's a DPS gain or loss.

waiting for the gcd is a bit annoying but is not a dps loss, if you were to cancel the instant cast LvB and hard cast one its probable that your cast time is at least 0.1 seconds longer then the gcd thus giving you a dps loss even if it feels more clean. If its not then its simply a push and wont affect your dps in any way.

this you may feel like you're not smoothly casting lava bursts, but you're not losing any dps, infact you can only gain dps from it.
