Apparently, there is a rumour that there is a seed in Minecraft which takes you to an enormous statue of Notch's head. Can someone inform me about this?

there is no head of notch in any seed, its a manmade structure

There is no such seed. Nor is there any rumour among the non-ignorant Minecraft players. There is a downloadable world that contains the structure that a player created with redstone wiring inside. Check planetminecraft.net

It was a manmade structure made by FVdisco. You download the map in the video's description, put it in your minecraft saves folder, and can play it.
